English. 20C. Steel boot scraper in the form of a steel tube with flange at the bottom for mounting on ground by 3 screws or bolts. Substantial green painted side arm near lower end inscribed ‘Pattissons. Boot Wiper’. Blach painted heavy solid knop at top as hand hold. 37 inches (94cms).
